Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How can you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.
